Network Requirements
Sharp operates mobile services on the award-winning 2degrees mobile network, which provides nationwide coverage. Your device must support:
- • 3G (UMTS)- 900MHz - 2100MHz
- • 4G (LTE)- 700MHz - 900MHz - 1800MHz
If your phone is locked to another network, make sure to unlock it before switching to Sharp.

Advanced Features
Your device should support these additional features:
VoLTE (Voice over LTE)
Make high-definition calls using over 4G. Benefits include:
- • Quicker connections
- • Clearer calls
- • Reduced background noise
WiFi Calling
Make and receive calls over WiFi networks - perfect for areas with poor cellular coverage.
Important Note
Sharp doesn't currently sell mobile devices. You'll need to bring your own device when you move to our service. Check your phone's specifications to ensure compatibility with our network requirements.
