Roaming is blocked by default for security reasons.
If there are users that need international roaming enabled, ask your company admin to email [email protected] detailing the mobile numbers/SIM card numbers that require roaming enabled.

Change your mobile phone APN settings
In addition to enabling your SIMs for roaming, each user needs to make some changes to their mobile phone settings, prior to roaming. You only need to do this once and we recommend you do so as part of the on-boarding process on activation day.
Android
- First turn on Data Roaming1. Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Data Roaming (on)
- 2. Connections -> Mobile networks -> internet (edit) -> APN 'radiostar'
Make sure to change the APN value from 'internet' to 'radiostar' and not the APN name itself.
iPhone
- First turn on Data Roaming1. Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Options -> Roaming (on)
- 2. Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Network -> Mobile Data (edit) -> APN -> 'radiostar'
- To enable Personal Hotspot use1. Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Network -> Personal Hotspot (edit) -> APN -> 'radiostar'
Make sure to change the APN value from 'internet' to 'radiostar' and not the APN name itself.
